LetsTransport - Regional Business Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for Regional Revenue

- Increase Wallet Share of clients at respective city by capitalizing on upselling opportunities

- Find avenues of creating stickiness at client level and manage relation

- Manage a team of Customer Service Managers

- Proactively meet and manage relations with client

Requisites / Prerequisites :

- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment- Graduates from tier 1 engineering / management colleges

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing

- Proven track record on upselling and maximizing revenue
