Product Manager - Payments


- Lets Transport is on a mission to organize logistics through technology. We are a series-B funded start-up with operations in 10 major Indian cities.

- Our Product Managers set the vision for LetsTransport's growing family of products. They are responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal; shipping high-quality products and features on time. As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.

Responsibilities:

- Defining, communicating, and owning the product strategy from conception to launch

- Working across stakeholders to gather requirements, drive alignment and deliver results

- Understanding end-to-end operations and drive efficiencies through product or process to reduce turnaround times

- Analyzing the results of a launch and creating the plan to iterate and build new features

- Ruthlessly prioritizing features based on business impact and available resources

- Proactively filling communication gaps amongst all team members - Good communication solves half the problem

- Contributing to technical conversations around deadlines and engineering solutions

- Drive product research priorities for strategically important projects

- Make magic out of the complicated and antiquated logistics industry through intense focus on simplification and shipping minimal viable products quickly

Basic Qualifications

- B.Tech / MBA from Tier-1 institute

- Demonstrated ability of building payments products from conception to deployment

- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant product management experience in payments product management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to prioritize projects and get commitments from internal stakeholders, including SDEs, SDMs, program managers, and leaders at multiple levels across operations, and business areas

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Unparalleled bias for action with an ability to operate in an ambiguous, dynamic & - internet-speed- environment with tight deadlines
