LetsTransport - City Operations Manager (2-10 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key Operational process improvement programs.
- We candidate will get trained at Head Office and will get the opportunity to start and set up the whole operations in these cities
- This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, leading cross-functional teams and managing the timelines for field operations teams to support daily fulfillment of transactions.
- To be customer-centric, work on operational metrics, high focus on quality & service levels.
- This position involves regular communication with senior management & Clients on status, risks and change control.
- To optimize cost and improve both reliability and margins.
- To improve driver engagement.
The job requirement is in Ahmedabad and Kolkata region and the candidate should know Gujarati or Bengali fluently for Ahmedabad and Kolkata location respectively.
