Job Description:
- P&L Management of the city
- Growth, Profitability and Operational Service levels
- Build processes on which teams would be working to increase the overall efficiency and reliability
- Have an account management perspective and work with enterprises on a strategic level to improve their performance
- Lead focused, collaborative, cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization's goals
- Provide strong project management skills & expertise in quality management
- Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to build callable processes
- Define KPIs/KRAs on which would form the base for different processes
Job Specification:
- Graduate or Post Graduate from Tier-I colleges.
- Strong experience of managing a big (100-150 members) diversified (White Collar, Gray Collar & Blue Collar) team.
- Strong experience of working in a client facing role.
- Strong Experience in Managing Front-end Operations.
- Should have experience of managing the P&L of a whole City or Region.
- Strong experience of managing operational Chaos.
- Should be Structured, Analytical & Problem Solving in nature.
