a. Financial and non-financial KPI/KRA
b. Governance for reviews
c. Right MIS to drive performance of various teams
3. Financial planning and analysis on monthly and quarterly basis - independent commentary on business performance
4. Drive value for business
a. Identify opportunities for revenue growth
b. Lead cost savings initiatives
5. Partnering sales and operations team
a. Evaluate new town expansion plan
b. Customer and vendor terms of trade negotiations
c. Innovative business models - variable margins structuring, capex vs lease, low cost financing options etc
6. Investor relations
7. Lead long term business strategy and financial plans
8. Business intelligence and analytics - lead and lag indicators on business performance
9. Set-Up IT capability for geography and customer level profitability analysis
10. Lead diligence during fund raising
