About LDU:

- LDU is has been selected as one of the top 17 startups (amongst 1200+ startups in South-East Asia) by Lightspeed Venture Partners, one of the top VCs in the world. We are building India's version of Stitch Fix - Personalized clothing (your size, your style) at Scale. We personalize the user experience by building a Designer layer for the user through technology. Also, we leverage technology to aggregate the highly unorganized and broken supply side of tailor-units/ boutiques/ small manufacturers etc.

- LDU is a pre-series A start-up and has closed two rounds of funding. We are backed by India's top VC and angels including Sequoia Capital, Titan capital, Kearney's India CEO, McKinsey's Senior Partner, IIFL's CXO, etc. The founding team is an alumnus of NSIT (Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology), 2010 and ISB (Indian School of Business), 2015. He worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney and prior to that was an Investment Banker at Nomura (ex-Lehman Brothers).

What can you expect?

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end growth of the company including:

- Formulate a robust long-term growth strategy across channels including online, offline, etc.

- Execute the growth strategies across paid (Facebook, Google, etc) and organic channels (SEO, referrals, word-of-mouth, etc.). This will include on-ground implementation of performance marketing, SEO, referral programs, content marketing, branding, offline initiatives, etc.

- Coordinate with the customer success/ sales team to identify the key user insights and leverage them to identify new growth hacks/ initiatives which can drive the revenue for future

- Coordinate with the product & operations team to implement the new growth hacks/ initiatives on the ground and ensure revenue targets are met

- Build a process/mechanism to track the ROI across various campaigns (online, offline, etc) in a seamless manner and optimize them on an ongoing basis to ensure revenue management

- Lead & build the growth/marketing team of LDU in the long run

- Salary appraisal/ Performance reviews every 6 months (we are proud to be amongst the select few firms in the world to implement the same)

What are we looking for?

We are looking to onboard a Chief Growth Officer, who would be a go-getter and has the following traits:

- Experience of having built and grown a brand to ~INR 100 Cr ARR driven by positive unit-economics and healthy repeat rates

- Ability to execute growth/ marketing campaigns on the ground apart from strategically laying out the overall growth roadmap

- Deep understanding of digital marketing across Google Ad words, Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, YouTube advertising, Affiliate marketing, Retargeting networks, Web tracking/attribution, Performance marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Webengage), etc.

- Experience of executing growth hacks in both offline & online/ digital marketing platforms across paid and organic channels

- Ability to take ownership of the Revenue metrics and have a strong bias towards data-driven execution

- Stronghold in executing stuff on the ground and hustle around to - Get things done-

- Leadership qualities to hire and build a kick-ass growth/marketing team going forward

- Experience as a founder/ being part of founding team is huge plus but not mandatory

- Experience in the Fashion/ Apparel industry is a plus but not mandatory
