Role Purpose Lentra.AI is seeking talented business analysts and visionaries, passionate about the BFSI domain, and have the potential to manage customers on edge SaaS/PAAS solutions on the emerging technology platforms. Responsibilities - Gathering business requirements, mapping the requirement with the system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet client expectations. - Understanding the business and forecasting the business direction of the client. Based on the same to create new solutions and consult the clients. - Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels. Able to identify clients business needs and current practices & ability to cross-sell products. - Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents, and Write User Stories. - Ensuring that up-selling and cross-selling of products happen in all existing key accounts. - Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings. - Will be working in Agile Methodology. - Excellent relationship management skills & customer orientation approach. Preferred Qualifications - Should have knowledge of one of the following business streams (Retail and Corporate/ SME business) - Auto Loans, Home Loans, Cash Credit, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Corporate Banking, Working Capital, Term Loans, Over Draft, Cash Credit limit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Consumer Durables. - Awareness of banking concepts and compliances. Education & Experience Technology degree preferable along with MBA in IT / Finance. Must have experience in Banking, Cards, Payment, or Credit Risk Domain. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
