- Track record of building exciting aspirational brands and establishing world class benchmarks.

- Expertise in the field of digital and performance marketing.

- Good understanding of, and experience in social media marketing.

- Ability to create a compelling story around a brand.

- Aesthetic sense with proven eye for good content.

- Ability to manage integrated brand management in a new-age, fast-paced, and hyper competitive business environment across all consumer touch points.

- Prior experience in Omni Channel Marketing would be an added advantage.

- Strong experience in establishing sharp positioning in cluttered spaces.

- Deeper understanding of consumer analytics, market research and consumer segmentation.

- Strong India-relevant experience of handling consumer technology and digital capabilities.

- High quality execution thought and abilities around it i.e. collaborative work style, pursuit and passion to make things happen, influencing skills across wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

- High on leadership to inspire a team and lead a change management agenda.
