Lenskart - Online Revenue Head/ Category Head/ Business Head Lenskart is looking for a dynamic leader to lead the Revenue function for the Eye wear and Sunglasses categories in the Online business. This is a critical role for the growth of Lenskart given the exponential expansion plans at hand. Online business at Lenskart is the key lever for the growth for this FY and next. Being a technology-led setup, we have created focused category teams for each portfolio of Eye wear, Sunglasses and Contact lenses. We require a strong leader to lead the Eye wear and Sunglasses categories with complete ownership and must have appreciation and fashion sensibilities to do justice to the role. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Profitability : Responsible for the top line of the key categories and driving the categories towards profitability across online channels. 2.Owning the Net Promoter Score delivery : Responsible for increasing the NPS for the key categories falling in purview of this role. New Customer Acquisition and retention : Responsible for acquisition and retention of the customers for the category Eye/ Sun 3. Category strategy and Cross-functional collaboration : Owning the entire strategy for the categories profitability and being responsible for managing relationships, selection and inventory health of both personal brands and branded portfolio in the key categories. Work closely with merchandising, analytics, product, digital and marketing teams to create cross-leverage. 4. Driving Online Traffic : Responsible for increasing traffic to the category pages by providing inputs for different properties on the site and other channels. 5. Pricing Strategy and owning User Metric: Responsible for assortment of products basis pricing and play a major role in handling the Input. 6. Stakeholder Management and Negotiation : Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve issues with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders. CANDIDATE PROFILE : - 4 to 8 years of work experience with a strong background in category/ sales roles within omni-channel or online company. Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience of running categories in dynamic, fast-growth environments preferred. Working understanding of digital marketing preferred. - Exposure to handling fashion categories preferred. - Strong experience in conversion improvement in an online environment, preferred. Prior experience in customer acquisition and retention (esp. in an online environment) would be critical. - Product management experience (not necessary a hard core product experience but with an understanding of customer journeys, basic UI/UX) would be an added advantage. - Proven track record of scale-up and contributing to the revenue numbers. - Understanding and ability to contribute to the various performance metrics (User/Vendor/ Inventory/ Invoicing) across both online and offline channels. - MBA from Tier 1 B-School is a must, Fashion Degree-graduation preferred.
