JOB PURPOSE 1. The role is responsible for the delivery and execution of the visual merchandising (VM) direction for all Lenskart offline stores. 2. S/he will manage the maintenance of VM assets in all Lenskart offline stores. 3. S/he will partner with the store design, marketing, and operations departments to update and upgrade the impact of VM in all Lenskart offline stores. KEY RESULT AREAS :&nbsp; Customer Management :&nbsp; 1. Partnership with operations team for effective execution of omnichannel brand consistency in offline stores 2. Partnership with projects team for planning of signs, graphics, and d- cor of new flagship and A-grade stores Process :&nbsp; 1. Coordinates with VM Coordinator for warehousing and dispatch activities for VM assets 2. Provision of visual maps and execution guides for new stores, and event guides for existing stores 3. Review of all display executions to ensure strict adherence to VM norms 4. Research of new materials and techniques for signs, visuals, and d- cor 5. Assesses competition and research trends to ensure that Lenskart has maximum visual impact Financial :&nbsp; 1. Authority over visual assets inside the store that will impact operational expenses 2. Authority over display assets that will impact capital expenses Human Resource : 1. Supervision of field visual merchandisers 2. Training of retail staff on merchandise presentation and sign execution techniques
