Responsibilities :
- Work as the CEO's right hand in growth using Qualitative & Quantitative Business Analysis
- Make MIS Templates & ensure he/she gets this data and analyse all Business Data & Identify gaps as well as growth opportunities
- work with the CEO on daily basis in helping focus on the gap and opportunity areas
- Identify key opportunities & run experiments that will drive growth
- Take independent ownership of certain programs/projects - which has direct impact on top line/bottom line/customer experience and coordinate end to end to closure
- Identification of new opportunities
- Shadow the CEO in all internal meetings and external meetings wherever required
- Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships on the CEO's behalf
- Own strategic relationship with external stakeholders - national and international
- With the help of CEO's office keep an inventory of all upcoming events, key relationships etc.
- Represent the company in external events. Attend events on CEO's behalf, accompany other CXOs if required
- Preparation for meetings, enabling efficient meetings through pre-reads, ensuring decisions post each meeting, helping prioritization of agenda items for the week, month, quarter
- Work with CEO to develop an effective social media plan for social media profiles
Desired profile :
- Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy, FMCG, Entrepreneur, Tech and similar firms/roles
- A generalist mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas
- A hustler, executor and who is able to sift through the chaos and take decisions
