Position Description : - Review, draft and negotiate Master Services Agreement, Distributor Agreement, Partner Agreements, Supply Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Factory Agreements, E-commerce Agreements, Inter-Corporate Agreements, Vendor &amp; Procurement Agreements, Real Estate, etc. - Handling disputes and termination of the agreements, - Drafting and vetting of Government tenders and RFP- s, - Litigation management - handling consumer, commercial and tax litigation, - Advise and counsel Motorola business on a wide range of legal issues (including business development and employment). Such advice and counsel involves identification of legal issues, analysis of legal risks and creation and implementation of solutions structured to achieve business objectives efficiently with minimum legal and practical risk. Monitor and research (changes in) laws. Review and update legal precedents. - Management of outside legal counsel providing specialized services to Motorola. Such duties involve effective management of the provider of legal services to ensure cost-effective representation. - Support and provide legal assistance as may be required by other functions of Motorola including information security and compliance. - Driving Ethics and Compliance programs and initiatives. - Focus areas for this role include laws relating to corporate governance, general corporate, commercial, business, consumer protection, anti-trust and fair competition, trade, e-commerce, foreign investment and dispute resolution in India. Position Requirements : - LLB with 5-8 Years; CS qualification is mandatory. - Proactive, results orientated and self-starter with "can do" attitude. - Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills. - Organization and prioritization skills, effective time management, detail and accuracy. - This position will be based in Bangalore, India.
