- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing partners and channels. - Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization. - Work closely with direct sales, leading the day-to-day channel sales activities in the assigned region. - Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.&nbsp; - Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products with specific focus on Premium mix. Maximize sale of services. - Responsible for finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationships with Value Added -Resellers (VARs), within an assigned territory. - Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans. - Review sales progress and customer satisfaction. - Ensure that channel partners have adequate support and ongoing training/education to effectively sell the company's brand and product line. - Develop/maintain legal agreements with channel partners in line with the company's channel partner program. - Effectively maintain and keep current customer/channel partner information and sales opportunities. - Retain and increase Lenovo sales volume in existing accounts Formulate strategic territory and account plans with clear objectives, actions, and sales targets. - Drive incremental opportunities and sales through acquisition activities. - Develop, maintain, and expand relationships within key accounts and Business Partners. - Provide accurate, weekly sales forecast summary for your territory including a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond. Key Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Strong team player with ability to work independently and take own initiative where appropriate. - High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and time management skills. - Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic and challenging environment. - Fluency in English, Hindi &amp; Telugu (Advantage). Education/ Qualification: - Must Have postgraduate /MBA Work experience: - 3 + years of sales and marketing in account and Channel management experience.
