LPOS System training & enhancement Manage complete order center processes : a. Order validation b. Manual Order creation c. Reject order tracking d. Order change e. Order Cancellation f. Return + Refund + Replacement order creation Manage credit release / Web order processing : a. Credit block control b. Credit release c. Credit line maintenance & application d. Web order fraud verification, charge back, collection, CC authorization Manage Finance Ops processes (Cash Application & Billing adjustments) : a. Validate incoming cash b. Allocate incoming cash to accounts c. Apply incoming cash to open AR d. Invoice generation e. Invoice printing f. Invoice distribution g. Invoice adjustment - CN, DN creation Position Requirements : - Should possess good people management skills - Experience of 3 years + desired (in handling team of 10+ members). - Should be flexible, demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines. - Working knowledge in SAP - Flexible to work in shift (7 AM - 4 PM) - Strength in teamwork but being able to work /act independently as well, a good team player. - Graduate/PG with min experience of 7-10 years in supply chain & order center processes. - Confident business communication both verbal & written. - Knowledge of order to cash process & supply chain FF knowledge would be added advantage. - Relevant experience in order management, credit management & cash is a plus. - Customer Service experience in multinational environment . - Ability to work with various applications & tools. - Positive attitude, problem solving, customer focused behavior, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail, take ownership & initiative. - Good time and task management - Ability to learn and adapt - Ability for analytical thinking - Ability to work under pressure
