This is a full time position with Lenovo AP HR team based out of Bangalore. This role requires a SME with strong proficiency in Business analytics and Workforce Planning. Tableau knowledge is an added advantage. The incumbent should have done an HR partnering role for at least 2-3 years and be familiar with HR processes and systems. In addition, the incumbent should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong urge to learn, drive and innovate, should love numbers, be passionate about applying data analytics to solve HR Strategy and business problems and like working in an extremely dynamic, fast paced environment. This position will be working with AP HR team to drive, design and develop complex organization wide initiatives. Position Requirements: - Should be able to effectively translate Business Problems and provide HR solutions - Strong in visualization Platforms - Tableau - Strong problem solver - Should participate in all aspects of Employee life cycle - Should be able to formulate approaches and gather data to solve business problems, develop conclusions and present solutions through formal deliverables. - Should be able to effectively front end and deploy HR solutions to stakeholders which includes interpreting data, building a story around it and presenting the same to the HR and Business stakeholders - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Entrepreneurial Mindset and experience of working in a fast paced project with tight deadlines - Ability to multitask since efforts will be focused on numerous initiatives and tasks - Ability to pick up new areas and work - Hands on experience with real data and MS Excel
