Head E-TAil (Online) - E2E planning across all 5Ps (Including people) in coordination with various key functional support teams ( category, Marketing, Finance, operations, services &amp; HR) to frame Annual plan broken down by Quarters with clear objectives &amp; execution framework. - Leading the Online team ( 3 KAMs/ 1 Intern/ Ops support (Shared)) towards shared business objectives by setting clear priorities, breaking down annual and Quarter plans into clearly executable action plans for each member and fostering a strong team spirit. Keep the team hungry and motivated and spend time guiding them towards set organizational objectives. - As a senior people manager, spend quality time each Quarter on the teams progress against goals ( business and professional development) and ensure all internal HR processes ( OHRP/ IDP) are followed and executed genuinely. - Be the eyes and ears of the organization when it comes to the ecommerce RTM in the country and have a keen eye to spot key trends in the market and keep the organization updated on the space. (Strategic acumen) - Execution rigour : Ensure a very structured BMS is run both upwards and downwards on weekly/monthly / Quaterly basis for tracking key performance metrics. Ensuring attention to details and high levels data accuracy. These would for instance include tracking of Key biz online metrics ( TAM/ SOW/ Aligned biz/ biz Mix / EFF mix/ BP tgt vs ach, marketing &amp; program ROI etc) - Working with key cross functional teams supporting the RTM Position Requirements: - 10-12 years of marketing and sales experience in IT / Telecom/ Appliances/ FMCG industry - Ability to multi-task, research and analyze business at a macro level and execute plans at a micro level - Rigour of sales execution, Strong focus on managing field level complications and resolving issues in best interests of the organization and key stakeholders. - Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills - Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
