Lead, manage and continually optimize the compensation processes of the Solutions and Services Group, worldwide (~60 countries). Key priorities include: - Annual performance management - Merit increase planning - Short term incentive plan design and communication - Sales incentive plan design, effectiveness analysis and communication - Long term incentive/equity planning - Job evaluation, assessment of promotion and out of turn salary increases - Lead global/regional projects from charter, to design and development, through implementation. - Have the unique opportunity to play a key role in the project team, for any special projects. Help shape the outcome of these efforts, drive implementation and set up internal processes, structures and tools to effectively deliver the assignment (e.g. compensation structuring and fitment during an M&amp;A in a region). - Provide expertise, analytical support and consultative advice to stakeholders on : - Emerging trends, issues and best practices - Analysis of internal and external competitiveness of pay - Alignment of policies with statutory governance (which may lead to work with internal and external audit team from time to time) Stakeholders : - Business leader of the Solutions and Services Group - HR Leader and HR Partners - CFO and Finance leaders of the sub businesses - Compensation peers in other geographies (to ensure that regional / local practices are adhered) - Talent Acquisition team to govern hiring compensation - Global Mobility team for defining local hire / internal assignment compensation Position Requirements: - Excellent communication and influencing ability - Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking ability - Financial and business acumen - Excel, power point amongst the most frequently used tools - Large scale project management - HRIS and payroll processes Qualification: - Premier business school graduate with 6-8 years of experience in large multinational organization(s) - Previous experience of compensation and benefits strongly preferred - Six sigma certification preferred
