Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance, Accounts & Acquisitions Manager to manage the Directors personal investments, accounting, company financial oversight, and strategic acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment management, taxation, and deal structuring, preferably within a family office or HNI environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Personal Finance & Investment Management:

- Manage and optimize the Directors personal investment portfolio, including equities, mutual funds, real estate, and alternative investments.

- Track portfolio performance, evaluate new investment opportunities, and ensure tax efficiency.

- Handle banking transactions, financial reporting, and cash flow management.


Corporate Finance & Accounting Oversight:

- Oversee company financials, including cash flow, P&L statements, and taxation compliance.

- Work closely with the companys finance team to ensure regulatory adherence (GST, IT, ROC, etc.).

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for financial planning and audits.


Acquisitions & Deal Structuring:

- Identify and evaluate potential investment and acquisition opportunities, including real estate, businesses, and strategic assets.

- Conduct financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for potential acquisitions.

- Structure deals, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth transaction execution.

- Work with legal teams on acquisition contracts, valuations, and regulatory compliance.


Taxation & Compliance:

- Manage personal and corporate tax filings, wealth structuring, and estate planning.

- Ensure timely tax payments, investment structuring, and regulatory compliance.


Financial Planning & MIS Reporting:

- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and investment summaries for decision-making.

- Provide strategic financial insights to optimize portfolio performance and risk management.


Key Requirements:

- CA / MBA Finance / CFA / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 5+ years of experience in finance, acquisitions, wealth management, or investment banking.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, taxation, investment structuring, and due diligence. Experience handling high-value transactions, M&A, and strategic acquisitions.

- Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.

- High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail in handling confidential financial matters.
