We are an emerging start up into business of Luxury Candles. Along with the candles we are planning to get into room fresheners, reed diffusers, Aromatic oils etc. The promoter of the company comes from prestigious business family having diversified successful businesses in various industries.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing professional to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting marketing plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Exposure of Import & Export as this person will be dealing with international customers.

- As we are in process of building our team, initially this role will be individual contributor role.
