VP Technology for a Fin-tech startup (5-10 yrs)

Lendingkart is a well-funded start up that uses analytics and online data to determine whether it wants to lend to businesses or not. So instead of filling paper forms and making multiple trips to the bank, the businessman just logs in, provides access to his online footprint and we use our proprietary self learning algo for credit-scoring and to decide instantaneously whether we want to lend to him or not.There is enough data footprint online to determine the intent to pay back a loan, quality of his product/service, health of his business, and his ability to compete etc.

We are a team of ISB, IIM grads determined to automate the entire banking decision and delivery process.

Requirements: -

- Technologies being used Open Source/ PHP/ My SQL/ .NET/ Java/JS/ JQuery/ Cloud

- Scale to mobile/ iOs/ android apps asap

Key metrics for the apt candidate

- Ability to code/ should be hands on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team

- Depth of experience in Data structures, Algorithms, Solid Problem Solving experience

- Scale up tech team and the tech platforms

- Be able to integrate frontend/ analytics and big data

- Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founders

- Tech expertise in Open Source, HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, Big Data

Education: -

- B.Tech / BE/ MS from a reputed engineering college like IIT/ NIT/ Bits Pilani only.

Work experience: 5 to 10 years

Range: 20.0 to 40.0 lacs + ESOPs
