Your Role : Digital Marketing is a strategic business driver at Lendingkart. As a Digital Marketing leader, with a team of cross-functional marketers, you will : - Own performance marketing strategy, planning and execution - Own marketing budgets and business results - Work with the Product &amp; Data Science teams on Growth, Customer Experience and other initiatives - Work with the Operations team to optimize the Digital Marketing funnel from loan origination to disbursal - Develop and manage the framework for marketing automation and experiments - across digital customer touchpoints Your Background : - Experience in executing large scale digital performance marketing campaigns, driving business impact - Experience with building and nurturing teams of digital marketers - Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for numbers and insights - Ability to give direction for content &amp; design - A self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment - MBA from a tier-1 institute is a plus - Curious and with a drive to succeed in space where there is no established marketing playbook
