Lendingkart - Manager/Senior Manager - SCF

Job Description:

(1) Manage corporate anchor portfolio as assigned to him/her; understand their needs and cater to them through SCF solutions.

(2) Ensure that budgeted revenue targets are met /exceeded for each client and for the assigned portfolio.

(3) Negotiate program parameters and deal commercials with the anchor.

(4) Organize on-boarding seminars in coordination with corporate anchor.

(5) Develops new and deepen existing SCF anchor relationships.

(6) Monitor limit utilization and ongoing sales effort to increase the program size and asset book size.

(7) Coordinate with credit, Operations, Anchor to deliver highest level of customer experience delivery.

(8) Provide feedback for product enhancement/new product development and process improvement.

(9) Timely and error free SCF platform implementation for Corporate Anchor.

(10) Train the anchor team on SCF product, processes and platform.

(11) Resolve service / operational issues being faced by corporate anchor.

(12) Informs clients of product and technology enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

(13) Regular visits to corporate anchor to monitor program progress and health.

(14) Coordinate internal credit approvals for SCF programs.

(15) Ensure adherence to prescribed policy, systems and processes.

(16) Comply with AML, KYC and other regulatory guidelines for SCF.

(17) Monitor due date repayments.

(18) Annual renewal of the anchor SCF program.

(19) Reviews with Corporate CFO/CMO on the progress and health of the program.

Experience:

(1) Minimum of 2-5 years of experience.

(2) In the banking industry in SCF/Commercial Banking handling SME.

(3) Business development in rating agency handling corporate ratings.
