Lendingkart - Manager - Quality (4-6 yrs)
Quality manager Responsibility :
- Monitor, track and evaluate call quality and based upon pre-determined, Key Performance Indicators like daily call time, conversions, call schedules, AHT,
- Devise new KPIs to measure and improve the overall calling efficiency and define success metrics to measure
- Quantitative assessment of various productivity reports and drive business and efficiencies, through reengineering and process improvements.
- Drive functional excellence in collaboration with business excellence
- Devise a robust training plan for cross functional and upskilling of current workforce
- Devise and measure CSAT and NPS and create dashboard for management review
- Analyze various process gaps and create new SOPs to close-loop and
- Develop QA dash board and ensure service quality delivery on a monthly basis
