Job Role - Operations Management & Process excellence  - Lead an operations team to achieve monthly and yearly loan disbursal targets  - Achieve assigned business sub-goals -   - Agreement generation  - Process excellence  - Case movement across funnel  - Customer service and support for agreement signing  - Closure of cases by clearing operational blockers  - Minimize disbursal TAT  - Reducing customer drop  - Coordinate with field sales and multiple stakeholders to ensure disbursal of cases across channels.  - Focus on high value cases to ensure minimal drop and reduction in disbursal TAT  - Guide customers on documentation, agreement signing, customer queries related to disbursal  - Work as a liaison between customer and credit to solve customer queries and enable faster disbursal  - Provide superior customer experience by responding promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and queries  - Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance  - Develop in-depth understanding of the marketplace and provide timely market intelligence on new competition/ competition products  Requirements -   - MBA with 4-6 years of Banking operations experience of loan/insurance products  - Customer service oriented with excellent relationship management skills  - Meticulous with eye for details and ability to crunch data to identify gaps in the pipeline  - Should possess team leader qualities with an ability to manage and motivate an operations team of 10-15 people  - Thorough overall understanding of banking and operations  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
