We aim to make working capital finance available at the fingertips of entrepreneurs so that they can focus on business instead of worrying about the gaps in their cash-flows. Customers can apply for a loan using the web or mobile applications at their convenience and receive their sanctioned loans in as less as 1-3 days anywhere in the country.

Location: Bangalore

Salary Range: 7 - 9 lacs

Job Responsibilities :

This role would include following key responsibilities :

- Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for monitoring key input metrics, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions to augment business growth

- Own and partner with cross-functional teams to influence these metrics

- Build models to understand cause-effect relationships between inputs and output metrics

- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and data quality investigations

- Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams

- Build forecasting models for financial planning based on past data trends, including developing reports from ERP for key insights

- Recommend business actions based on analytical findings, define new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance

Candidate Requirements :

- Be sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions

- Should have a passion for extracting actionable insights from data

- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills

- Working knowledge of SQL

- Should have a strong working knowledge of excel and be able to work on it independently

- B.E/B-Tech from Tier - 1 colleges or MBA from Tier - 1/2 colleges

- Basic financial/credit exposure would be an advantage
