Lendingkart - Business Analyst - Founders Office - IIT/NIT/BITS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

(1) Understand issues and structure the problem in order to develop hypotheses around possible solutions.

(2) Structure data and create assessments. If possible, identify appropriate tools to be used and analyses to be done.

(3) Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses.

(4) Analyze and drive metrics movement, provide suggestions for improvement.

(5) Performing analysis to drive towards high impact recommendations, including definition of critical issues to be solved and the analysis to be undertaken, collection and cleaning of data to perform analysis etc.

(6) Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

(7) Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

(1) Engineer from IIT / NIT/ BITS or Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).

(2) 1-3 years of work experience in financial modelling, financial terminologies.

(3) Proficient in advance excel, Macros, MS office.

(4) Good to have knowledge in SQL, VBA, R, Python, database.
