Lendingkart - Analyst/Manager - Product Operations (2-8 yrs)
(1) Work with stakeholders to identify the key metrics to track.
(2) Set-up key reporting to identify process exceptions and support the operations team.
(3) Improve the core analytic stack and bring in automation to ensure that the analytics team stays lean.
Desired Candidate Profile :
(1) Ability to write complex SQL queries on large data sets.
(2) Ability to convert product or business problems into analytical problem statements.
(3) Ability to analyse and then communicate business issues to a wide range of audiences using strong data analytics and communication skills.
(4) Knowledge of a scripting language like R or Python is a bonus.
(5) Knowledge of a visualization tool like Looker, Tableau is a bonus.
(6) Prior experience in a product-based company is a bonus.
