Key Responsibilities:

- Own and enhance the payment gateway system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience within payment processes.

- Research and integrate new payment technologies to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.

- Drive automation and scalability of payment systems to support business growth.

- Implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures.

- Serve as the point of contact for banks, payment processors, and other financial partners.

- Work closely with internal teams, including tech, operations, and compliance, to align payment initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirement :

- 5+ years in payment operations or payment product management, preferably in fintech or P2P lending.

- Proven expertise in managing payment gateways, reconciliations, and settlements.

- Strong understanding of payment systems, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS.

Desirable Skill :

- Ability to run Payments as a Business Unit.
