The fresh capital will be used in aggressive expansion, taking its loan book growth to $1 billion and upscaling the user-base to 10 million from the current 2.5 million by FY 2022-23. With LenDenClub being the only P2P player in India breaking market milestones constantly, it is now comparable with overseas giants like Zopa and LendingClub in the UK and the US respectively, both of which have now transitioned to a well established digital bank.

About the Role :

- This role involves leading the digital marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing plans through performance marketing, paid media, email, organic and other channels.


- The role requires taking complete ownership of the function which includes customer acquisition, managing customer funnel, ensuring engagement with emphasis on ROI to identify optimisation opportunities and achieve performance goals.


- This position will work in close alignment with sales, product and external agencies.

- This is a national role and gives you immense opportunity to leverage your experience and skill sets. The person will be acting CBO of the Digital Marketing business stream.

Job Responsibilities :

- Spearhead company's marketing strategies for investment and loan products

- Plan, execute and analyse the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (Paid, retargeting, affiliate marketing, SEO, engagement etc)

- Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers that work best

- Own the numbers, functional P&L and execution of all marketing strategies related to company's investments and loan products

- Quarterly, half yearly and annual planning, budgeting and execution of plan

- Work closely with other teams on successful product launch

- Recruitment of star team members


Key skills required :


- Eagerness to work in a start-up environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demand generation or user acquisition in a high-growth industry

- Experience in building, analyzing, and optimizing SEM, paid social and paid advertise campaigns

- Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CRM and Attribution Platforms to analyse the conversion funnel and create high level customer engagement

- Experience in managing a budget and maximising marketing ROI.
