Job Responsibilities: - Recruitment of channel partners - Providing training for Business Development - Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of channel partner - Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity - Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNIclient meeting. - Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets. - Solving distributor's queries. - To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time - Following internal sales process - Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
