Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead Years Of Experience: 7-10 years Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduation MBA or equivalent in Marketing preferred Location: Mumbai Brief About The Role: - This role involves leading the digital marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing plans through performance marketing, paid media, email, organic and other channels. - The role requires taking complete ownership of the function which includes customer acquisition, tracking the customer funnel, ensuring engagement with emphasis on ROI to identify optimization opportunities and achieve performance goals. This position will work in close alignment with sales, product and 3rd party agencies. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Plan, execute and analyze the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (Paid, retargeting, affiliate marketing, SEO, engagement etc.) - Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers that work best - Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify optimizations to maximize conversion and marketing ROI - Create key performance metrics and tracking them - Leverage data for insights on buying behaviors - Define customized landing pages - Keep sharp eye on customer experience and customer journey - Develop and execute testing and optimization efforts spanning messaging, positioning, pricing and promotions - Collaborate with Sales to understand sales process and sales cycles to develop quantitative measures to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded - Work with technology team to define deliverables/reports - The role holder will manage a team and various external agencies Behavioral Strengths: - Ability to effectively priorities and take initiatives in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities - Seamless style of operation (open to suggestions from others in the team) - Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain - High focus on attitude to work with a small size team and driving results Technical Strengths: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demand generation or user acquisition in a high-growth industry - Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, and paid advertising campaigns - Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Attribution Platforms to analyze a conversion funnel - Experience managing a budget and maximizing marketing ROI
