Title : Senior Manager - Indirect Tax Key Focus : The primary focus of this role is to ensure all mandatory and statutory compliances related to direct and indirect Taxes for Legrand. Roles and Responsibilities : - Ensure IDT compliance PAN India - Handle Operational queries from IDT perspective as per the statutory norms and requirements. - Correspond with the taxation authorities for all the notices and queries and get the tax reports from the IT department. - Handle IDT litigations - Work closely with the organization's legal, tax and other external consultants. - Prepare monthly tax MIS using excel based system. - Responsible for Indirect tax including GST. - Co-ordinate for all tax related data requirements and calculate indirect taxes for Legrand. - Manage MIS and reports by coordinating with other functions and departments - Take Tax optimization initiatives Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience : - Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Post qualification (CA) work experience of 6-8 years in a corporate environment - Experience of handling IDT in manufacturing environment
