The candidate should have knowledge of :
- Real estate laws is a must
- Drafting of conveyance and relevant documents
- Basic understanding of land title issues
- Good in drafting and negotiation
- Smart enough to handle stakeholders
- Well versed with land laws
- Preparing Title search reports
- Conducting due diligence
- LLB graduated between 2013 and 2016
- Should be able to read and speak Marathi
- The candidate must possess an ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done.
- Candidates can preferably be from Real estate sector, infrastructure sector, law firm, etc.
