Responsibilities :
- Lead banking & finance and project finance transactions, drafting and negotiating financing and security documents, liaising and building relationship with the clients
- Participate in negotiations, conduct due diligence and draft loan and security documents for Indian banks and financial institutions for infrastructure projects including road, power, real estate, telecom projects and manufacturing projects;
- Vetting of project contracts and title investigation of project land
- Prior experience into Project Finance & Banking and Finance
