Client : A leader in automobile manufacturing company, having 2500 employees PAN India.

Role : Serves as in-house legal counsel for the company on all legal matters and contracts and manages legal risk for the organization by taking responsibility for providing legal advice to the business on all legal matters affecting their departmental transactions

Responsibilities :

Handling litigations :

- Scrutinizes all the contracts/orders received for legal risk and analyses them as per the company standards and policies

- Structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing a wide variety of procurement, logistics, manufacturing transactions

- Supporting various departments of the group in legal and compliance matters.

- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained

- Supervises and interacts with Panel Lawyers, Courts and other Law Officers of Govt. from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Mandatory: Have experience in handling litigations, contract management, agreements, compliances, labor laws.

- Strong in Anti-bribery laws of US and India

Mandatory

- Exp: 15 years or more

- Education: LLB or LLM

Industry: Manufacturing industry exposure is mandatory and should be strong in US - FCPA
