Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager - Digital Health

We are looking for a legal & regulatory affairs manager with experience and expertise in various topics related to healthcare industry and business operations in India and overseas.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Driving all activities related to legal & regulatory affairs for the company

2. Understanding the business vision and objectives

3. Understanding the business environment and regulations for relevant healthcare topics in various countries

4. Formulating actionable regulatory and legal recommendations for market entry and launch of new products and services

5. Developing and implementing a regulatory/legal action plan for market entry and launch of new products and services

6. Driving all legal/regulatory requirements for market entry and launch of new products and services

6. Preparing all regulatory/legal documents for the platform and business operations

7. Acquiring required licenses, registrations and approvals

8. Other responsibilities as required
