Job Description:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in US Legal publishing industry
- Ability to interact with Client on domain with an objective to deliver Target Delivery Model
- Experience in Handling Service Delivery, handle escalations with process owners, form relationship with client organization to anticipate any future challenges
- SLA compliance: Ensures 100% compliance on SLAs, conduct monthly reviews with Team leads/Managers and monitors daily dashboards
- Resource Planning: Plans and monitors resource deployment
- Manpower Training: Identifies training needs for resources in order to ensure domain capability development
- Performance Planning: Creates KRA's for team in order to align them to specific objectives
- Process Compliance: Reviews Process compliance and sign off on SOP changes as part of the quality plan Process Reengineering
Must have skills :
- Excellent Communication and Client Interfacing skills
- Thorough understanding of US legal publishing operations
- Ability to constantly look at Process Optimization opportunities.
