Roles and Responsibles:

VAPS Technosoft Pvt Ltd is looking for an in-house counsel for their group entity, for managing the work of VAPS Technosoft Pvt Ltd and their sister concern company having business interests in the real estate industry.

- Drafting MOUs, NDA, IT contracts real estate contracts and legal documents.

- Liasoning with external legal counsel, external consultants etc.

- Drafting legal notices and letters.

- Litigation management.

- Tracking and filing of cases.

- Must be able to read, write and talk in Kannada.

Requirements:

- Good experience in contracts.

- Apply only if you are proficient in Kannada.

- Must be willing to sign a 2 year bond.
