Legal Manager - RERA Non Litigation (Real Estate Firm in Mumbai)

- Experience in drafting, vetting, reviewing, finalization of legal documentation including but not limited to Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, MOUs, Legal Notices, Term Sheets, Lease Deed etc.

- Must have knowledge and experience in RERA Non Litigation profile.

- Must have knowledge of conducting Due Diligence / local laws for properties to be acquired by the Company.

Procedure and Preparing the documentation for RERA registration of projects. Agreement for Sale, Allotment Letter, CRM related documentation etc.

- Coordinating and liaison with various departments of the Company, external law firms etc.

- Participate in negotiations with the clients in conformance with internal requirements, risk identification and mitigation.

- Resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.

- Work with external legal counsel regarding specific matters.

- Manage the execution and / or registration of agreements, as and when applicable.
