Job Detail :

- Identification of land for development either outright purchase or joint venture.

- Conducting due diligence of property in terms legality of Title, project feasibility in terms of FSI calculations, developable area & zoning / user permissible on land.

- Scrutinizes legal documents like Property Card, 7/12 extracts, Agreements, Stamp Duty, Conveyance, etc.

- Doing a market survey for current land rates in different areas, on-going projects with their current sale rate, land acquisition by competitors.

- Evaluates Land & Properties and proposes feasible options for decision making.

- Prepares clear, concise reports & records.

- Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders.

Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech / Civil

- Possesses knowledge of laws and procedures involved in land acquisition, related statutory rules & regulations.

- Must have knowledge of the potential of the land – knowledge on the area, types of construction, developers in the vicinity, available land banks etc.

- Should have good networks with local real estate brokers, consultants and landowners.

- Should be able to present the company effectively to the land owners.

- Should maintain relationships with the local governing authorities concerning land buying transactions.
