Legal Manager - Manufacturing

- Advise management on legal pronouncements / developments impacting business with special reference to rulings,

- Conclude legal documentation for complex Land acquisition process through ownership or lease or rent of use.

- Guidance to the regions in resolving legal related issues effectively.

- To set up effective and efficient system for legal compliance.

- Co-ordination with legal advocates/ representatives for timely completion of legal cases/disputes.

- Risk management for legal issues for various existing & future MOU's, contracts, accounts for various facets of business including employment related issues.

- Assisting the management in any other miscellaneous matters involving legal impact.
