We have few NEW positions of Legal Manager - IT in one of the BEST bank

Position : Legal Manager - IT Department

Work Location : Mumbai

CTC : Upto 15L, depending upon current CTC, experience and profile .

Responsibilities :

Post qualification experience of up to 5 years in a reputed commercial bank or financial institution. Should have sound knowledge of basic banking laws and regulations, various commercial and corporate laws, guidelines and regulations prescribed by RBI. A resource with purely focus on legal only ( not CS) and having exposure in Information Technology with knowledge on Cloud Computing,Data Privacy, Cloud Powered Digital Transformation etc.

Below are some of the areas which candidate need to have expertise/ working knowledge of :

- Software as a Service

- Platform as a Service

- Infrastructure as a Service

- Web based services

- application as a service

- License agreement

- Source code

- Artificial Intelligence

- App development for Mobile Banking

3) Good Communication skills, Adaptability to changing environment quickly and efficiently

4) Interaction with external entities like agents, regulators, advocates/ other law firms on legal matters including litigation.

5) Review and modifying existing standard documents from time to time based on changes in policies and regulations.

6) Maintenance of records pertaining to legal department and generating various related MIS reports

7) Advising on Legal matters raised by IT department

8) Drafting, negotiation and finalization of standard and non-standard legal documents for various products offered by the Bank such as escrow agreements, consortium and multiple banking agreements, Non

Disclosure Agreements, Counter Guarantees, Mortgage Deeds, Service Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Guarantees, indemnities

Qualification : LLB
