Responsibilities :

- Build and implement IP business cases for exploiting product collection.

- Negotiating, licensing and building IP deals.

- Managing existing portfolio, identify unprotected IP assets in the business, civil claims against IP violators, anti-counterfeiting.

- Present high level of entrepreneurship and open yourself up to new opportunities and challenges.

- Extensive handling of Trademarks & Litigation of physical products

- IP Prosecution- Integrate the existing trademark portfolio

- Identifying IP Assets - Conduct an IP audit of the company to identify unprotected IP assets

Design Protection - Create a process for protection of designs, devise offensive and defensive strategy for existing design portfolio

Anti-Counterfeiting - Develop a strategy and engage service providers to effectively counter lookalikes, counterfeits

Requirement :

- An Experienced IP Licensing Professional with

- Technical Masters Degree preferably with additional Business Masters degree/ Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university.

- 10+ years of experience, 6+ years of experience in IP licensing

- Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills

- A pro-active, entrepreneurial, understanding of the commercial value of Intellectual Property

- Strong logical and organizational skills

- Fluency in English
