Legal Manager/In-house Attorney - LPO Firm (3-7 yrs)
Experience: Ideal candidate will have 3-7 years experience working on contract drafting, review and negotiation for Legal Process Outsourcing firm and/or India based law department of American corporation or firm.
Job Description:
Work with small in-house legal department of U.S. accounting firm. Responsibilities will include:
Contract Management:
- Engagement Letter drafting and negotiation with clients
- Non-disclosure agreements drafting and negotiation with clients
- Master Services Agreements and consulting contract drafting and negotiation with clients
- Reviewing, revising and negotiating software license agreements, subscription and reseller agreements
Litigation Management:
- Assist with document review and document production in response to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries and discovery.
Requirement - Should have worked in a LPO firm which is mandatory
