Legal Manager - FMCG Conglomerate

Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent (Telegu speaking) as Legal Manager for one of the FMCG CONGLOMERATE.

Female (Telegu speaking ), Post Grad in LAW, ONLY from premier national law schools in India, with 3 - 6 Years of work experience in handling litigation matters, drafting contracts, regulatory responses, negotiation, indirect taxation, intellectual property.

KRA's :

- The primary responsibility is to provide sound and strategic legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the various businesses of the company and their initiatives.

- Briefing counsel, handling legal cases, drafting/vetting various types of agreements, pleadings, responses to legal notices etc. are some of the other responsibilities.

- Members of the legal team interact independently with managers at all levels of the company as well as with some of the best legal professionals both in the country and abroad.
