Legal Manager - Corporate Affairs - Manufacturing Firm - LLM (6-8 yrs)

The incumbent should be a Law Graduate from Premiere Law Institute like NLU, NALSAR, NJUS etc. with around 6 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Litigation and Drafting in a large size Manufacturing Company. Should have excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for -:

a. Contract vetting and drafting;

b. Drafting of legal notices;

c. Drafting of replies to show cause notices;

d. Drafting of pleadings viz., plaints, written statements, writ petitions etc.;

e. Corporate Affairs

f. Litigation

g. Rendering advisory services to the client departments;

h. Draft the representations to various authorities ventilating the grievances of the Company

i. Carryout legal/case law research, liaise with external counsels & internal clients, follow-up with external counsels on regular basis, update the MIS, keep the internal clients abreast of the key developments.

j. Prepare the list of pending cases/issues and keep them upto date at all times.

k. Provide periodic reports to cross-functional teams as well as to the affiliates, as would be required from time to time.
