Legal Manager - Contract Management/Commercial Negotiation & Compliance - Telecom (8-15 yrs)
DEPARTMENT: Legal, Secretarial & Regulatory
- Vetting / drafting / execution / registration of various kinds of Business agreements
- Conduct due diligence and prepare the diligence reports to support the business expansion plan.
- Ensuring all compliance (Labor, Municipal, etc licenses) as applicable
- Contract Management (proper documentation and up keeping of all agreements, contracts and their renewals on time)
- Partnering with the business for support on day to day basis
- Drafting, implementation & training for SOPs and policies within the company.
