Drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing and summarizing various legal documentation such as software services agreements, commercial agreements, share subscription and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, channel partner agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, and software license agreement 2.
