Description

detailed_job_description-Our client is looking to recruit a qualified lawyer to join their expanding legal team and grow with the business. With your expertise, you will be reporting to the Senior Legal Manager and supporting the company by reviewing various commercial agreements, handling both contentious and non-contentious commercial legal matters and assisting in compliance matters.

Profile

candidate_profile-Our client is looking for lawyers with 3 - 6 years of post qualification experience. You need to have experience and knowledge in reviewing and advising on the legal implications of various commercial agreements. Our client is looking to hire candidates with good interpersonal communications skill. It is important that you are proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus). You must also be positive, adaptable, detail-minded and a team player.
