Legal Manager

Experience: 10 - 14 Years

Location: Surat

Must-Have:

- In the BFSI industry only

- Good at contract drafting and vetting agreements, not Litigation and arbitration

Experience : 10+ yrs in Legal documentation drafting (preferred in Finance Industry)

Primary Role:

- Defining and drafting framework for different contract execution at group level which includes points with respect to internal risk & control, liability clauses, standardization across group, vetting of different contracts as per the standard guidelines, signing of contract as per the matrix.

- Tracking of renewal of contract & ensuring execution as per the timelines and reporting, if there is any gap.

- Defining and drafting framework for resource sharing / outsourcing arrangement with different entities within the group.

- Defining and drafting for data sharing with different entities within & outside groups.

Secondary Role:

- Maintaining status of implementation of regulatory requirements & circulars at entity level.

- Assisting entities with understanding & implementation of various regulatory & other circulars.

- Maintaining central depository of incidents and reporting to board
